Set Up times & venue access

Friday 24th April – open to stallholders 1pm – 5pm
Saturday 25th April – open to stallholders from 7.30am
Sunday 26th April – open to stallholders from 8.30am

** MOBILE DATA **

IMPORTANT – it is recommended that you have a sim card with 02 data coverage as this offers the best celular reception, other networks have very limited reception in the area. WIFI is available, but it does not reach all areas of the venue or outdoors to the courtyard. There is no WIFI in the outdoor courtyard. Please have a back up should you experience any data issues on the day, WIFI is not gauranteed and does not form part of your booking.

Stallholder locations & set up instructions

All set up information and maps will be sent to all stallholders approximately 10 days before the Market.

Indoor stand size

All indoor spaces at 8ft width by 6ft depth. Please plan your display area to these dimensions.
Once your neighbouring stallholders have arrived, you can close any gaps and remaining space. A limited amount of tables are available (free of charge) for indoor spaces, I will be in touch soon soon with more information and an opportunity to book.

Outdoor spaces

All outdoor spaces will be allocated upon arrival for set up.
All outdoor spaces must be self sufficient, ensure you have your own stand, tables and power (if needed).

Stallholder vehicles

We only have space for ONE VEHICLE PER STALLHOLDER. Only ONE vehicle can stay on site during the event opening hours on Saturday and Sunday. Additional vehicles attempting to park on site will be refused by Market stewards.
This does not apply during Friday set up – you can arrive in as many vehicles as you need on Friday.

Market admittance after opening

There is no free admittance once the Market opens to visitors at 10.30am each day. Please plan for any helpers to arrive before the event opens.

Leaving products/stands overnight

You are welcome to leave your stand set up overnight, but please be aware that Fabulous Places and Shottle Hall accept no responsibility for your stand and products.
